Flatten Everything Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Flatten Everything ("the game") is made by Renegade Reels LLC ("we"). This page explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
The short version
- You do not create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.
- Your progress is saved on your device, and in your own iCloud if you use it.
- The game shows adverts. Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, receives some device information in order to show and measure them.
- We collect anonymous play statistics and error reports through Unity Analytics so we can fix problems and balance the game. This is not used for advertising.
What is collected, and by whom
| What | Who receives it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress (coins, upgrades, unlocked balls, settings) | Stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We cannot see it. | So your progress is kept and follows you between your devices. |
| Advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), approximate location derived from IP address, device model, operating system version, and which adverts were shown or tapped | Google AdMob (Google LLC), our advertising partner | To show adverts, limit how often you see the same one, and measure whether they worked. |
| An anonymous installation identifier generated by Unity (not the advertising identifier), device model, operating system version, country derived from IP address, when a play session starts and how long it lasts, and gameplay events (a run ending with its size and coins, an advert being watched, a purchase being made, a hidden item being found, and error messages if the game hits a fault). No name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. | Unity Analytics, provided by Unity Technologies (Unity Software Inc.) | To see how many people play and return, to find and fix bugs, and to balance the game. It is not used for advertising. |
| Purchases | Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened, never your payment details. | To give you what you bought and to restore it later. |
Tracking and personalised adverts
The first time an advert is about to be shown, your device asks whether the game may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", adverts still appear but are not personalised using your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
All video adverts in the game are optional except a short skippable one shown occasionally between runs. Buying "Remove Ads" removes those.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules occasional reminders on your device (for example, when a daily reward is ready). These are created on your device; nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off in your device's Settings.
Children
The game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
How long information is kept
Game progress stays on your device and in your iCloud until you delete the game or its data. Our partners keep the information they receive according to their own policies, linked below.
Your choices and rights
- Decline tracking, or change your mind later, in your device's Settings.
- Turn off notifications in your device's Settings.
- Delete all saved progress by deleting the game (and its iCloud data in Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Storage).
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you. Email us and we will help, including by pointing you to the partner that holds it.
Our partners' policies
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): policies.google.com/privacy, and how Google uses information from apps that use its services
- Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies, Unity Software Inc.): unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy
